What is your delivery policy?
Standard delivery, other than for monthly supplies, is based on your facility''s needs. The cut-off time for same-day delivery is based on the daily route schedule. We understand that emergencies occur and route emergency deliveries for the quickest response time possible.
What are your business hours?
Normal business hours are Monday-Friday 9 am- 8 pm Saturday 9 am- 4 pm and Sunday 9 am - 2 pm. However, you can always reach someone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year!
What is your policy on after hours service?
We are always available to take calls from medical staff outside of normal business hours for emergency situations. Please call 973-979-0539
Who should I contact with questions?
Your Facility Liaison, Padma, is your staff’s one call to coordinate delivery schedules, medication changes, and is responsible for providing you with a premium level of service
How can I be sure there are no errors?
We are committed to exemplary service. Our pharmacists supervise all pharmacy activity while a team of certified technicians hand packs each blister card. Your personal facility liaison is there to monitor each resident''s account and answer any questions you may have.
What type of packaging options do you offer?
We provide blister and strip packaging. Monthly cycle fills are available on routine oral medications. We can even provide vacation packs.
How are our resident''s billed?
We first bill insurance and prescription plans. Any co-pays due are sent in monthly statements to your residents. We accept cash, check and all major credit cards.
What information is available through the portal?
To simplify your workflow, our computer system integrates everything into one place! You can access each resident''s prescriptions, view or print RXs, look up side effects, print MARs reports, order refills and more!
Do you only offer prescription medications?
We offer a full line of medical equipment, liquid nutritionals, incontinence care, ostomy supplies and OTC products.
Can preferred physicians use the portal?
Yes! Just let us know the physician''s information and we will provide access.
